Willow bark contains plant mucilage, which exhibits protective properties and soothing effects on the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines. It has a soothing effect, supporting the regeneration of the digestive system and protecting it from further irritation. This makes it particularly valued during the recovery period after illnesses or procedures related to the digestive system. 

In addition to protective properties, willow bark is rich in valuable nutrients and vitamins, such as: 

  • beta-sitosterol and campesterol – supporting the body's natural defense mechanisms, 
  • tannins – with astringent and anti-inflammatory action, 
  • minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, zinc – essential for the proper functioning of the body, 
  • beta-carotene and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3) and vitamin C – supporting immunity, metabolism and the overall condition of the pet.

Usage/24h
Cats and dogs (below 5 kg body weight): 1 scoop
Dogs:
5-20 kg body weight: 2 scoops
20-30 kg body weight: 3 scoops
30+ kg body weight: 4 scoops

A scoop in the package. One flat scoop contains approx. 1 g of product.

Administration: pour the appropriate amount of the preparation with warm water in the amount of 10-15 ml, let stand for 20-30 minutes under cover. The thickened, cooled suspension should be administered with a pipette directly into the mouth or into a bowl.

WARNING! If you are using medications, maintain at least a 60-minute interval.
Keep in mind that elm bark can interfere with the absorption of nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract, therefore it is recommended to maintain a time interval when administering meals. Do not administer this supplement with meals, nor just before planned feeding. Elm bark is best used approximately 30-60 minutes after a meal.
